VectorGraph trust

Terms

These terms describe the public product boundaries for using VectorGraph. Use the workspace for legitimate team work, keep access scoped, and do not use the service to harm other users or systems.

Updated May 2026

Service use and customer data

  • Customers keep ownership of the workspace records, files, comments, docs, canvases, requests, and metadata they put into VectorGraph.
  • VectorGraph receives the limited license needed to host, process, secure, display, transmit, back up, and support the service.
  • Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of content they submit or connect.

Account and workspace responsibility

  • Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for the actions taken through their account, CLI tokens, MCP tokens, and configured agent identities.
  • Workspace administrators are responsible for inviting the right members, setting team visibility, reviewing exports, and removing access when a person or integration no longer needs it.
  • VectorGraph may suspend access that appears compromised, abusive, unlawful, or materially harmful to the service or other users.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to bypass workspace, private-team, token, or object-level permission checks.
  • Do not use VectorGraph to distribute malware, steal credentials, attack third-party systems, or store unlawful content.
  • Do not overload the service intentionally, scrape non-public data, or probe another workspace without authorization.

Payments and plan limits

Public pricing describes the intended launch tiers. Paid plan availability, billing cadence, taxes, refunds, and invoice terms are finalized in the checkout and workspace billing experience. For billing questions, contact contact@vectorgraph.app.

Termination and data handling

  • Workspace administrators may request export or deletion through the product or contact paths where the plan and permission model allow it.
  • VectorGraph may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, or material terms violations.
  • Some records may be retained as required for security, legal obligations, billing, dispute resolution, backups, and abuse prevention.

Commercial launch terms

  • Production commercial use should reference the final order form, checkout terms, DPA, security documentation, and privacy policy.
  • Beta or early-access features may change before general production availability.
  • Except where a written agreement says otherwise, the service is provided without warranties and VectorGraph's liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Product changes

VectorGraph can change, add, or remove product capabilities as the launch surface matures. Changes that materially affect security, privacy, or billing should be reflected in public documentation before broad production use.
